All the complaints received by the customer will by reviewed by the
General Manager along with Quality Control Officer and the Production
Manager. The container number and date of shipment will identify the
product. The invoice of the cargo identified by the container number
and the date of shipment will give the day codes/shift and the type
of the product. From this, using recall procedures we will be able
to trace back the product quality and process parameters maintained.
The reason of the complaint will be checked and corrective action
will be taken.
