At our factory for each processing step there are monitoring procedures
which are followed to ensure that the critical limits are constantly
met. Individuals responsible for monitoring procedures are
1. Equipment Operator
2. Supervisors
3. Maintenance Personnel
These individuals should immediately report deviation so that corrective
actions are made immediately & monitoring reports are kept on
file.
