All monitoring reports will be checked daily by Production Manager,
Quality Control Officer and verified by Team Leader who is also the
General Manager of the Company. The HACCP Plan, its operation, product
quality customer complaints etc will be reviewed by HACCP Squad on
15th of Every alternative month. This meeting’s points will
be recorded and will be kept on file, based on the review the Squad
will modify its HACCP Plan if required. And the modification manual
will be issued to all manual holders. The HACCP Plan will be updated
atleast once a year.
